Is there a way to get transfer factor cheaper?

We sell the 4Life products for the Distributor Wholesale price direct to you. Call us to discuss becoming a distributor to earn additional rebates on your product purchases.

How Much is Shipping and Handling?

Based upon feedback from our customers, we offer several levels of shipping service:


  1. FREE Shipping for ALL PRODUCTS (Standand Mail USA ONLY)
  2. Priority Mail From USPS starts at $6.00. Receive a FREE SHIPPING Upgrade for Priority Mail by ordering 3 bottles or more!
  3. 2-Day Service Starts at $8.00
  4. Next Day Air Starts at $15.00

"Days" refers to business days Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Saturday delivery is extra, please call to inquire.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, However there is no delivery guarantee on international orders. We have no control over customs, international taxes, or other charges imposed by countries outside of the US. Orders are shipped via United States Global EXPRESS Mail.

Do you ship COD?


Can I send a Check or Money Order?

Paying by Check or Money Order: If you are paying by check you must mail your check first to the address below. Once your check clears our bank we will ship the products.

How much is the tax and duties?

The prices for the product and shipping include the tax and duties to Colombia specifically.

Do you ship to Canada?

Our most popular international destination is Canada. We generally use USPS Express Mail service to ship to Canada which arrives in about 5 days. In some cases, depending on the product ordered we will ship direct from our manufacturer using Deuche Post which takes 7 Days.

Will I receive a tracking number and updates?

You will be notified via Email with a tracking number for all Shipments at the time we have shipped your order. You will be given a link to track the order in the same email.

Will my order ship the same day?

We ship the same day the order is placed if received before 3pm pst. We order products weekly to maintain a fresh supply from our manufacturer 4Life Research. For this reason on a rare occasion we may have a product on back order for a day or two. We really try to be as quick as possible since we understand you have made an important decision to order our products.

What if my order is returned or refused?

Product credit will be given at the request of the customer less shipping and handling. Some shippers charge an additional shipping/handling charge to return packages that are undeliverable in which case this will be charged back to the customer. If the customer wishes to have the product re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.

What is the return policy?

We offer only the highest quality herbal supplements for health, and wellness. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchase within 30 days, send back the unused portion of the product in the original box, and we will promptly replace, or credit your account less shipping and handling.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales Tax on orders in the state of CA.
